Salty cottage cheese pancakes with hard cheese and herbs: a recipe for a delicious dish in a new way
Cottage cheese pancakes can be cooked not only with sugar and honey, but will also be very tasty with hard cheese and onions. In order to keep the form, we add semolina and olny 1 egg.
- sour milk cheese - 220 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 1-1,5 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- semolina - 1 tbsp + another 1 tbsp of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Add shredded herbs, salt, grated cheese, egg and 1-1,5 tbsp flour to the sour milk cheese. Mix until homogeneous.
2. Mix together the flour and semolina, stir to combine. Place the curd balls on this mixture and use a glass to form perfect pancakes.
3. Fry the pancakes in a little vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve with sour cream!
