Salty cheese pancakes with hard cheese for a quick breakfast
If you want to prepare a delicious and quick breakfast dish, it can be cheesecakes, cereals, soups, as well as casseroles and pies.
Food blogger and cook Anastasiia Solopii shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious salty cheese pancakes with hard cheese, which would be a great option for a hearty breakfast.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- hard cheese – 70 g
- egg – 1 pc.
- flour – 30-40 g
- greens – a bunch
- salt – a pinch
- oil – 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg and salt to the cottage cheese, and grind with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
2. Add the flour and knead the dough.
3. Wash and chop the greens, and add them to the dough.
4. Cut the cheese into large cubes.
5. Use your hands to form cheesecakes, put a slice of hard cheese inside and cover with dough.
6. Heat a frying pan and fry the cheesecakes until golden brown.
