Salted potato cheesecakes with suluguni for breakfast and lunch
Homemade cheesecakes can be made not only sweet but also salty. Sulguni and feta cheese fillings will be the best.
Cook Varvara shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, hearty and successful cheesecakes made of potatoes and cottage cheese which will not fall apart.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 600 g
- flour - 150 g (10 tbsp. l.)
- cottage cheese - 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes and mash them. Add spices and flour and mix well.
2. Shape the cheesecakes with your hands and add grated sulguni cheese.
3- Fry in heated oil on both sides until golden.
