Hard cheese made from cottage cheese

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 5% - 600 g
  • Milk - 0.5 liters
  • Butter - 1 tbsp. l
  • Coarse salt - 1-1.5 tsp.
  • Soda - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the milk into the cottage cheese and cook until the cottage cheese begins to form lumps, then strain it.

2. Put the cottage cheese in a glass bowl, put it in a water bath, add baking soda and salt, stir constantly. Add the butter.
