- vinegar - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - a pinch
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the oil into a bowl, add sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and egg.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Put the mayonnaise in a jar and store in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
