"Royal" deruny with cheese, mushrooms and sauce for a winter lunch

You can cook deruny with different tasty fillings like mushrooms and cheese. You can also cook them with minced meat, sauces and herbs.
Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious deruny with mushrooms, hard cheese and herbs.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 6 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
For stuffing:
- mushrooms - 6 pcs.
- onion - 1-2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- dill - bundle
For the sauce:
- sour cream - 50 g
- garlic - 3 cloves.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate potatoes on a fine grater, salt and squeeze. Grate carrots. Add them to the squeezed potatoes and add 2 eggs and flour a little at a time. Spoon the mass in a frying pan and fry deruny on both sides.
2. Fry mushrooms with onion.
3. Add garlic, cheese and dill to sour cream and mix.
4. Put mushrooms, cheese and dill on one side and turn in half. Grease with cream sauce and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C.
Serve it hot!
