Red currant jelly for winter in 6 minutes: it will be very thick and fragrant
Red currants are very useful and delicious berries, which can be the basis for the preparation of delicious jams, confitures, as well as compotes and sauces for meat.
- red currants - 500 g
- blackcurrant - 1 litre
- raspberry - 0,5 liters
- lemon (orange) - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1250 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the currants, cut off the twigs and leaves. Wash the raspberries and blackcurrants. Put the berries in a bowl, beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Pour in the sugar and lemon grinded through a meat grinder, cook until boiling. Be sure to remove the foam.
3. Pour the jam into jars and seal. Turn the jars upside down and wrap in plaid.
