- strawberries - 1 kg
- sugar - 300-500 g
- juice of 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Wash strawberries, cut into slices.
2. Transfer to a pan, add sugar and stir.
3. Bring to boil and skim off the foam.
4. Add lemon juice and stir. Remove the foam again. Boil for 1 hour.
5. Preserve the jam!
