Quick and tasty pilaf in a pan for dinner: a simple recipe
Pilaf is a very satisfying dish that can be cooked in a saucepan, a multicooker, or even in a frying pan. Pork, lamb, and fillet can be used as meat for pilaf.
Cook Yulia shared a recipe for delicious pilaf with chicken, vegetables, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- long-grain steamed rice - 1 cup
- fillets or thighs - 300 g
- carrots - 2 pcs. small
- onions - 2 small onions
- garlic - 4-5 cloves.
- seasoning for pilaf - to taste
- oil, salt, pepper
- water - 2.5 cups
Method of preparation:
1. Cut carrots into strips and onion into cubes and fry them until soft. Add chicken fillet, salt and pepper.
2. Wash rice until transparent, add it to the vegetables and meat, cover with water and add pilaf seasoning and garlic cloves. Cover and cook over low heat until tender without stirring!
Sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.
