Cook and food blogger Yulia Sholudko shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious quiche with red fish and broccoli that you can prepare in just 30 minutes.

Fish and broccoli quiche recipe

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • flour - 200 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • salt - a pinch
  • oil - 30 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fish into medium pieces.

2. Wash and divide the broccoli into florets.

3. Filling: beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper, and mix.
