Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 400 g
- milk - 130 ml
- water - 120 ml
- yeast - 20 g
- sugar - 10 g
- salt - 5 g
- butter - 50 g
- sesame seeds - to taste
- egg yolks - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix water and milk, put on the stove and heat until warm. Pour the yeast into the resulting liquid and mix until it dissolves, then add sugar and let it dissolve completely. Add two tablespoons of flour and mix again. Cover the prepared dough and place it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
2. Knead for 10 minutes, then transfer to a dry container, cover and leave in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
3. Shape the buns, cover them with cling film and leave them in a warm place for 10 minutes. After that, place them on a baking sheet with parchment, cover them again with plastic wrap and leave for 20 minutes. After that, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
