Puffy cottage cheese casserole without flour that will always turn out successful: what to add to the dough

Cheese casserole can be not only an alternative to cheesecakes but also a separate dish for tea and coffee. To make it puffy and soft, add semolina instead of flour.
Cook Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for cottage cheese casserole with semolina, which turns out light and fluffy.
Tip: to make the casserole puffy, add semolina instead of flour to the base!
Ingredients:
- sour milk cheese - 350 g
- semolina - 50 g
- milk - 100 ml
- sugar - 50 g
- raisins - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar - 1 p.
- optional lemon or orange zest
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the semolina into milk and leave for 10 minutes to swell.
2. Grind cheese with a blender into a homogeneous mass, add semolina with milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, pre-soaked raisins and zest.
3. Place the prepared mixture in a mold lined with parchment and bake for 40 minutes at 190C.
Slice the casserole when it has cooled completely.
