Puffy and airy 2-ingredient omelet in the oven for a snack
Eggs are a very valuable and tasty product that can be the basis for salads, snacks, scrambled eggs, omelets, as well as mayonnaise and sauces. Eggs are also added to almost all baked goods.
The chef shared a recipe for a very fluffy omelet cooked in the oven on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 6 pcs.
- milk - 300 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter (for greasing the mold)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt. Add milk and mix.
2. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the egg and milk mixture.
3. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
