Puffed fritters in a new way: what to add to the base for original flavor
Homemade fritters can be a great alternative to pizzas and pies, as they can be prepared with savory fillings. To make the batter successful, add kefir and just 1 egg to the base.
- flour - 200 g
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- kefir - 250 g
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- cooked sausage - 100 g
- green onion - bundle
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Stuffing: finely dice sausage, finely chopped green onions and grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
2. Dough: Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Add kefir, egg, vegetable oil and knead a thick, homogeneous dough. Add the prepared filling to the dough and mix.
4. Fry the fritters over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
