Cook Anna shared a recipe for a delicious puff pastry appetizer with red fish, avocado, and cream cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg of puff pastry yeast
- 1 egg for greasing
- 1 ripe avocado
- 100 g of cream cheese
- 100 g of lightly salted fish
- sesame seeds/green onions for sprinkling
How to cook:
1. Cut the dough, roll it out and squeeze it into circles, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven.
2. Put the avocado and cream cheese in the bowl of a blender and blend.
3. Put the filling in the tartlets, top with the red fish, and sprinkle with green onions.
