Potato roll with meat and cheese: tastier than cutlets and chops

Potatoes can be used to make many tasty and satisfying dishes, such as casseroles, pies, dumplings, mashed potatoes, roasts, and soups. Potatoes also make very satisfying and tasty pies.

Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for a very tasty and satisfying potato roll with minced meat and cheese.

Roll recipe

Ingredients:

  • Hard cheese - 300 g
  • Potatoes - 500 g
  • Minced chicken - 400 g
  • Salt/pepper - to taste
  • Oil - 30 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes into slices, 2-3 mm thick.

2. Put half of the cheese on a baking sheet, top with potatoes, and drizzle with oil and salt.

3. Put the second part of the cheese on top of the potatoes and bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

4. Put the fried minced meat with salt and pepper on the potatoes with cheese and roll it up like sushi. Cut and eat!
