Ingredients:
- potatoes - 700 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.
- flour - 2 tbsp
- oil
Sauce:
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- mushrooms - 200 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- fat cream - 200 g
- nutmeg
- salt
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the potatoes randomly, put them in a blender, add garlic, sour cream, flour, eggs, beat until smooth, add oil and mix again.
2. Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
3. Add onions and mushrooms, pour in cream, add spices and simmer under the lid for a few minutes.
Serve pancakes with mushroom sauce!
