Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- corn (canned or boiled) - 20-30 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- 1 tsp of flour and starch (or only flour)
- salt, pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- yogurt - 200 g
- ricotta - 200 g
- white onion - 1 pc.
- lemon zest
- salt, pepper - to taste
Additional ingredients:
- olive oil for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Grate potatoes and squeeze out all the excess liquid.
2. Add corn, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix.
3. Fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, and add finely chopped onion and grated zest.
Serve with the sauce, it will be delicious!
