Almost any soup can be the perfect dish for a quick and tasty lunch. You can make not only vegetable soups, but also meat, fish, and cream soups.

Cook Tati Chudnova shared a recipe for a delicious chicken soup with noodles and herbs on Instagram.

Soup recipe

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g
  • noodles or pasta - 70 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • salt, a mixture of peppers to taste
  • boiled egg - 2 pcs.
  • greens - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the fillet for about 15-20 minutes.

2. Dice the onion, grate the carrots and fry until golden brown.

3. Remove the fillet from the water, cut it, add the noodles or pasta to the broth and cook until tender.
