Potato casserole with chicken fillet for dinner: the easiest recipe for the dish

If you want to prepare a delicious and hearty dish for dinner very quickly, choose meat, fish, potatoes. From them you can make a hearty casserole, pie.
Cook Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for a hearty potato casserole with chicken fillet and hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1-1,5 kg
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- chicken seasoning
- butter
- hard cheese - 200 g
- sour cream - 200-250 g
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- dried herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, add salt, a little oil and your favorite spices, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cut the onion into rings and spread a thin layer on the mold, greased with vegetable oil. Next, place potatoes cut into thin circles in 2 thin layers. Sprinkle each layer with salt and black pepper.
3. Cover the mold with foil and bake at 180-200 C until ready.
4. Mix grated hard cheese, chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and dried herbs. Add sour cream, mix well and spread this mixture in an even layer on top of the chicken fillets. Bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes until golden.
