Portuguese-style chicken wings: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside

Chicken wings can be fried in a pan, baked with vegetables in the oven, or stewed in a sauce. To make the wings juicy and tender, you need to marinate them beforehand.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for stewed wings in tomato sauce, garlic and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 8-10 wings
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 sweet peppers
- 3 tomatoes (you can take ready-made tomato puree)
- 1 tbsp. l. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. hot red pepper
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry wings until golden brown.
2. Grill tomatoes and peppers. Transfer to a blender bowl and blend until smooth.
3. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan, add tomato mixture, heat through and add paprika, hot pepper, and salt.
4. Put the wings in the heated sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
