Pollock with cheese, tomatoes and sauce: a recipe for a delicious and hearty dish for dinner
Pollock is an ideal product for making cutlets. It can also be deliciously baked with vegetables and cheese. To make the fish juicy, add tomatoes and grated cheese.
- pollock fillet - 900 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 150 g
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Thaw the fish and cut into portioned pieces.
2. Cut onions into half rings and mix in a deep bowl with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix.
3. Put the fish pieces in the same place, mix gently, cover and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes. Take out, place on a parchment-lined baking tray, top with tomato cut in half rings and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 C for 25-30 minutes.
