Pizza is a delicious, hearty, and easy dish to prepare. In the classic version, it is made from yeast dough, but it is worth noting that it can be replaced with pita bread. The toppings include cheese, sausage, fillets, vegetables, olives, capers, onions, mushrooms, and spicy sauces.
Cook Yuliia shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pizza in 10 minutes, with a pita bread base and toppings of sausage, cheese, and olives.
Ingredients:
- pita bread – 2 sheets
- Mozzarella cheese – 150-200 g
- sausage – 150-200 g
- tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.
- ketchup – 50 g
- olives – 5 pcs.
- a little oil
Method of preparation:
1. Cut a sheet of pita bread to fit the diameter of the pan.
2. Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, and put the first sheet of pita bread. Sprinkle some cheese on it and cover with the second sheet. Then spread the ketchup over the top.
3. Next, add the sliced rings of sausage, tomatoes, olives, and sprinkle generously with cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat until the cheese is melted.
