Pita bread pie with tuna, eggs and spinach: a recipe for a light lunch and dinner dish
- round pita bread - 2 pcs
- hard cheese - 70-100 g
- spinach - a bunch
- tuna - 120 g
- purple onion - 1/2 pc
- eggs - 3-4 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Grease a split mold with vegetable oil, put the pita bread to size, sprinkle with grated cheese and put another pita bread on top.
2. Next, add the chopped spinach, tuna, chopped onion, break the eggs, salt and pepper.
3. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
