Pie "All mixed and in the oven" with any berries: recipe for the easiest homemade baking for tea

In summer, the best treat for tea will be any pie with berries. In order for the dish to be successful, you need to properly prepare the base - the dough, so that it is homogeneous and not too thick and liquid.
Cook AlinaFoodee shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for a delicious pie with berry filling, which is very quick to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Flour - 2 cups (240 g)
- Sugar - 1 cup (150-200 g)
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Baking powder - 7 g
- Salt - 1/3 tsp.
- Milk - 8 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 8 tbsp. l.
- Berries - 300 g + 1 tbsp. flour
Method of preparation:
1. Mix egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, milk, vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder, mix well.
2. Mix the berries with the flour and add them to the batter, mix well.
3. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the sides with butter and pour the batter into the mold.
4. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C. If you use frozen berries, the baking time will increase, check the readiness with a wooden skewer. It should come out completely dry without any raw dough residue.
5. Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
