Pickled tomatoes that can be eaten in 2 days

Pickled tomatoes can be cooked in barrels, as well as in jars under a lid. For them to be juicy and not fall apart, the marinade should be boiled well and used hot.
Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious sour tomatoes with garlic and leaves of cherries, currants and horseradish, which can be eaten in 2 hours.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 kg
- garlic
- dill, cherry, currant, horseradish leaves
Marinade:
- water - 3 liters
- sugar - 1.5 cup
- vinegar - 1.5 cup
- salt - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash tomatoes, make a cut and place a slice of garlic.
2. Pour the marinade ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Be sure to boil for 2-3 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
3. Add leaves to the jars, top with tomatoes and pour the marinade with garlic so that even the top ones are covered with liquid. Cover with a lid and leave for 2 days.
