Appetizers from sweet bell peppers can be prepared with onions, spices and honey. It is worth noting that with honey, the appetizer will be moderately sweet and at the same time spicy because of the fragrant pepper.

- Bell peppers - 2 kilograms (peeled)
- Honey - 1 cup
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Salt - 2 tbsp.
- Water - 250 ml
- Peppercorns - 4-5 peas
- Laurel leaf - 2-3 pcs.
- Table 9% ocet - 100 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the pepper, remove the peppercorns, cut into large slices or 4 pieces.
2. Marinade: Mix water, vegetable oil, honey, salt, and vinegar. Add the allspice and bay leaf and bring the marinade to a boil.
3. Transfer the peppers to the boiling marinade, cook for 10-15 minutes. Then put the peppers into sterile jars, pour the marinade on top, seal the jars and invert.
