Pickled pumpkin with oranges and lemon for winter that tastes like mango

- pumpkin - 3 kg.
- orange - 3 pcs.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- sugar - 600 g
- citric acid - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
2. Dice one orange with peel. Peel and dice the second one.
3. Cut lemon into cubes.
4. Mix pumpkin, lemon, and oranges. Add sugar and citric acid. Leave to stand.
5. Put in jars, put in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil and preserve.
