Pickled Korean-style tomatoes with pesto sauce that can be eaten after 24 hours
Tomatoes are very useful and tasty vegetables for making delicious salads, as well as appetizers, soups and sauces. They can also be sauerkraut, salted, pickled and canned as salads or ajika.
- tomatoes - 1 kg
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- hot pepper - 1 pc.
- parsley, dill, basil
- sugar - 50 g
- 9% vinegar - 50 ml
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
- salt - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut tomatoes and put them in a clean jar.
2. Put chopped peppers, garlic and herbs in a blender. Add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar and blend.
3. Add the dressing to the jar with the tomatoes and shake well. Turn the jar upside down and store in the refrigerator.
