How to make tasty tomatoes for winter

Culinarian Vita shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pickled tomatoes with sweet peppers and pesto sauce.

Pickled Korean-style tomatoes with pesto sauce that can be eaten after 24 hours

Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • tomatoes - 1 kg
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • hot pepper - 1 pc.
  • parsley, dill, basil
  • sugar - 50 g
  • 9% vinegar - 50 ml
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • salt - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut tomatoes and put them in a clean jar.

2. Put chopped peppers, garlic and herbs in a blender. Add oil, salt, sugar and vinegar and blend.

Sauce for the dish

3. Add the dressing to the jar with the tomatoes and shake well. Turn the jar upside down and store in the refrigerator.
