Ingredients:

  • apples (Antonovka variety)
  • cherry leaves

the brine:

for 1 liter of water

  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • mustard in grains - 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the apples, put them in clean jars, add cherry leaves to the bottom and top.

2. Mix the water with honey, salt, mustard and bring to a boil, pour over the apples, cover, leave for 3-4 days in a warm place, you can do it in the kitchen.
