Perfect dough for puffed pancakes: the most successful recipe

One of the easiest dough dishes to make is pancakes. To make them puffy, add baking soda to the dough, but it does not need to be quenched. It's also important to let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes before frying the fritters.
Cook Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for puffy fritters on kefir, which turn out very puffy and successful.
Ingredients:
- half liter jar of kefir
- flour - 350 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 1-1.5 tbsp.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour room temperature kefir into a bowl, add egg, sugar, salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Then add sifted flour, stir a little and add baking soda, mix and leave for 20-30 minutes, if kefir from the refrigerator, then for 30-40 minutes.
2. Heat the oil well over a low-medium heat and fry the pancakes.
Do not cover the pancakes with the lid when frying!
