Pancakes can be made with or without a filling, but the most important thing is to make a good dough. To prevent them from tearing, cooks advise adding no more than 3 eggs to the base!
The chef shared a recipe for delicious pancakes with vegetables and fresh greens on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- flour - 1 cup
- milk - 1.5 cups
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- boiled sausage
- bell pepper
- tomato
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Add the flour and half a portion of milk to the eggs, beat with a blender and pour in more milk, add salt and oil.
2. Next, add chopped green onions, tomato and pepper and grated sausage to the dough and mix.
3. Fry the pancakes in a preheated frying pan without oil until golden brown!
