Pancakes that don't tear: how to prepare the dough correctly
Homemade pancakes can be made with different doughs and fillings. To make the dough homogeneous, add oil or melted butter to the dough. To avoid lumps, use sifted flour.
Cook Daria shared a recipe for thin pancakes on Instagram that will be thin and elastic.
Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- flour – 7 tbsp.
- sugar – 3 tbsp
- boiling water – 1 cup
- cold milk – 2 cups
- melted butter
- lard
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs, and whisk.
2. Next, pour 1 cup of milk, mix, add half the flour, then pour in the milk, mix, pour in boiling water, and mix to avoid lumps.
3. Pour in the melted butter and stir.
4. Heat a frying pan, grease with lard, and fry the pancakes.
