Ingredients:
- milk - 400 ml
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- flour - 120 g
- cocoa - 2 tbsp
- oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Cream:
- 150 g sour cream
- 150 g of heavy cream
- 90 g of powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. l. hazelnut paste with chocolate
Method of preparation:
1. For the pancakes: combine the eggs and sugar, add half the flour, mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour in half of the warm milk, mix again, add the rest of the flour and cocoa, oil and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. For the sour cream: whip the sour cream together with the powdered sugar and add the cream, beat until the mixture becomes airy and tender.
3. Spread the cream on the pancakes, add cherries if desired, roll them up and refrigerate overnight!
