Oriental style chicken wings with garlic and spices: a recipe for lunch and dinner

Chicken wings are an ideal product for soup, and they can also be baked, as well as stewed with vegetables and spices.
Culinarian Jana shared a recipe for chicken wings with ginger, cilantro, garlic and turmeric on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Wings - 1.5 kg
- Paprika - 2 tsp.
- Chili pepper - 1 tsp.
- "Thai spice" seasoning - 1 tsp.
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Cilantro - 1 tsp.
- Curcuma - 1 tbsp.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 6 cloves.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Soy sauce - 1,5 tbsp. l.
- Water - 400 ml
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the wings. Add the paprika, chili, Thai spice, ginger, cilantro, turmeric, garlic, soy sauce and olive oil to them; stir to combine.
2. Cut onion in half and divide each half into 6 pieces.
3. Pour the olive oil into the frying pan. Once hot, pour in the sugar and stir fry until amber in color over low heat. Add the onions and stir vigorously, cooking for 2 minutes.
4. Add the wings and fry until browned. Pour in the water, salt and pepper. Turn down the heat and cook with the lid on for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 20 minutes.
