Onion confiture for meat dishes: a recipe for the most delicious seasoning

If you want a tasty addition to meat dishes, the ideal product for this will be onions, from which you can prepare a delicious and flavorful confiture. To make the onions soft, add sugar and wine during cooking.
Culinarian Vita shared a recipe for onion confiture with apple vinegar, rosemary and wine on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- onion - 1 kg
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp. tbsp.
- sugar - 150 g
- semi-sweet wine - 200 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Cut onions into straws and fry on low heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add vinegar and sugar and stew until sugar melts.
3. Pour in wine and braise until the wine has evaporated.
Serve with meat or cheese!
