Olivier salad appetizer in tartlets: for a snack and a festive table
Tartlets can be made with various fillings, including herbs, liver, vegetables, and cheese. They can be both an appetizer and a snack.
Cook Victoria shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious Olivier tarts that are easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- boiled sausage
- potatoes
- carrots
- eggs
- pickled cucumbers
- peas
- onion
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper to taste
- sand tartlets
- dill and pomegranate seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender and chop finely.
2. Finely chop the cucumbers and squeeze out the juice. Drain the water from the peas.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
4. Put the lettuce in the sand tartlets, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
