Odorless and fat-free: how to fry capelin properly
The simplest and inexpensive yet delicious fish that can be cooked in just 10 minutes is common capelin. It can be fried and baked.

First of all, capelin should be washed and dried thoroughly.
Next, pour flour into a separate bowl, add salt, paprika and pepper and mix thoroughly. Roll the capelin in the dry mixture on all sides.
Put the fish on the oiled parchment, cover with another piece of parchment and put the "envelope" with the fish in the pan. Fry over low heat for 5 minutes. Turn to the other side and fry for another 5 minutes.
Serve the fish hot. It will be delicious with lemon!
