No milk, sugar or eggs: healthy homemade melon ice cream in 10 minutes
Homemade ice cream is the best safe treat on hot summer days. You can make it from berries and fruit. You can also make delicious ice cream with milk, cream and condensed milk.
- melon - 1 pc.
- honey - 1-2 tsp.
- juice of 1/2
- lemonmint - a few sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the melon in half, pick out the seeds with a spoon. Also select the pulp and put it on a suitable dish so that it does not touch, put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
2. Put the frozen melon pieces into a blender, add honey and mint and blend until smooth.
You can eat the ice cream straight away or put it in a suitable container and put it in the freezer!
