No mayonnaise: a hearty dinner salad in 15 minutes with the most budget-friendly products

Dinner is an important meal, which should be no later than 2-3 hours before bedtime and it is very important that the dishes should be light. A good option would be a salad of fresh vegetables and chicken fillet.
Culinarian Tatiana shared on Instagram the recipe for a delicious, hearty salad of chicken fillet, with parmesan, cherry tomatoes and original sauce.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- milk - 100 g
- bread crumbs
- salt, pepper - to taste
- parmesan - 100 g
- lettuce - 200 g
- cherry tomatoes - 200 gr
For dressing:
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- fat sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- sweet mustard in grains - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 1 tooth.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise. Salt, sprinkle with pepper and pour milk, leave for a while. Then roll in breadcrumbs and fry until tender. Place on a plate at once.
2. Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half. Slice the cheese very thinly and mix everything together. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing thoroughly and dress the salad, stir to combine.
3. Place the salad on a plate, cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and place on top and serve.
