Soups are an ideal dish for lunch and dinner. They are best made with seasonal vegetables, and you can also add any cereals, offal, herbs, meat, and fish.
- chicken hearts - 400 g
- garlic - 3-5 cloves
- sweet onions or leeks
- olive oil
- salt - a pinch
- a little apple cider vinegar
- green beans - optional
- 2-5 kinds of fresh herbs - green chives, celery, mint, cilantro and tarragon, some lemongrass
- dry chili
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the finely chopped garlic and onion in oil, add some green beans. Simmer for 2-5 minutes. Add the hearts, fry for 2-3 minutes, reduce the heat, add a little vinegar, chili, pour in water and simmer for 30 minutes under a closed lid.
2. Serve the soup with fresh chopped herbs.
