Ingredients:

  • 15-20 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 400 g of mussels
  • spices for pilaf and mussels
  • salt
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Fry onions and carrots in butter for 10 minutes and add thawed mussels, fry for 2-3 minutes and add spices.
