Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making delicious appetizers, chops and juicy cutlets. It can also be deliciously baked with vegetables, spices, sauces and cheese.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious and juicy chops in mayonnaise batter on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
- Garlic – 3 cloves.
- Flour – 3 tbsp.
- Salt, ground black pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Batter: beat eggs with spices, add mayonnaise, grated garlic, flour and mix.
2. Cut the fillets, pound them, season with salt and pepper.
3. Put the fillets in the batter and leave to marinate.
4. Then fry the meat in a frying pan on both sides until cooked through.
