Pasta is a very simple product that can be the basis for soups and can also be cooked with cheese and meat.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious pasta with hard cheese, milk sauce, and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- pasta (dry) - 250 g + 1/2 tsp salt in water
- butter - 25 g
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- milk - 250 ml
- hard cheese (you can choose different types) - 180-200 g
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- dry garlic - 1/2 tsp.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1️. Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta. Stir occasionally.
2️. Add a piece of butter to a hot frying pan, melt it, and add the flour. Mix everything well and add the milk.
3. Mix everything until smooth and lump-free. Bring to thickening and add spices: salt, smoked paprika and dry garlic.
3️. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater add to the skillet with the other ingredients and stir until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
4️. Drain the cooked pasta. Put the pasta in the pan with the cheese sauce, stir, and cook over medium heat for another 1 minute.
