Liver cutlets: how to cook a tasty and nourishing dish
Liver - a very useful and easy-to-cook product that can be the basis for cooking chops, cutlets and salads. It can also be used to make spicy pâté, or fried with onions, apples and cream.
Culinarian Tati Chudnova shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious liver cutlets with carrots and onions.
- chicken liver - 500 g
- milk - 150 ml
- salt, pepper - to taste
- medium carrot - 1 pc
- green onions - small bunch
- egg - 1 pc
- flour - 100g
Method of preparation:
1 Chop the liver with a blender or meat grinder. Soak for 10-15 minutes in milk.
2. Grate carrots, finely chop onion. Add all the ingredients, mix.
3. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
Serve with sour cream!
