Lazy khachapuri in a pan: the recipe for the perfect dough
A hearty, tasty and very easy-to-prepare dish is khachapuri, for which you need a minimum of ingredients. It is very important that they can be cooked simply in a frying pan, but for this, you need to prepare perfectly thin and elastic dough.
Chef Oleksii Kriuchkov shared a recipe for lazy khachapuri with cheese and herbs, cooked in a pan, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- kefir - 100 ml
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- cheese (feta cheese, suluguni) - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the eggs with salt and sugar, add kefir, vegetable oil, add flour and baking powder, and knead the dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. Grate the cheese and add the chopped dill.
3. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it out, add the filling, seal the edges well, and roll it out again.
4. Heat a frying pan, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Brush the finished khachapuri with butter and serve!
