Lazy dumplings with cherries and sour cream for breakfast in 10 minutes: the easiest recipe
One of the easiest and most delicious dishes for a quick and satisfying breakfast is lazy dumplings, based on cottage cheese dough. Berries, fruit, and chocolate can be used as fillings.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious, lazy breakfast dumplings with cherries on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- flour – 3 tbsp.
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- salt – 1/3 tsp.
Filling:
- Frozen or fresh cherries/raspberries/blueberries
Sauce:
- Yogurt/sour cream + condensed milk
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, sugar, and salt to the cottage cheese, and beat well with a blender.
2. Add flour and knead the dough, put it on a floured surface, and make a sausage. Cut it into equal pieces, put the cherries inside, and use your hands to form a ball.
3. Bring the water to a boil, add salt, and cook the dumplings for 5 minutes until they float.
Serve the dumplings hot, with sour cream, yogurt, or condensed milk.
