Lard is a very tasty, healthy and versatile product that can be eaten raw, baked, and used to make hearty and quick spreads.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious lard spread with spices and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Lard - 1 kg
- Garlic - 150 g
- Spices - to taste
- Greens - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut off all the excess from the lard, cut it into pieces. Pass the lard with garlic through a meat grinder, add salt, mix.
2. Divide the mixture into three equal parts, add different spices to all three.
4. Put the lard in layers in a baking dish, cover with foil and place in the freezer.
Slice the finished spread and put it on the bread!
