Korean-style carrots and Chinese cabbage salad: it takes only 10 minutes to prepare

Chinese cabbage is an ideal vegetable for making delicious and light salads. It also goes well with all vegetables, including meat, sausage, and seafood.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying Chinese cabbage salad with hard cheese, Korean-style carrots and boiled eggs on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small or half of a large Chinese cabbage
  • 200 g of balik, ham or other smoked meat
  • 150 g of hard cheese
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 200 g of Korean-style carrots

Dressing:

  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. soft mustard
  • salt and ground pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Thinly slice cabbage. Cut balik, cheese and eggs into thin strips.

2. Put the chopped cabbage, meat, cheese, and eggs in a large bowl. Add nuts and Korean-style carrots and mix well.

3. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients.

4. Put a portion of the salad in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of the dressing. Mix and serve.
