Chinese cabbage is an ideal vegetable for making delicious and light salads. It also goes well with all vegetables, including meat, sausage, and seafood.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying Chinese cabbage salad with hard cheese, Korean-style carrots and boiled eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 small or half of a large Chinese cabbage
- 200 g of balik, ham or other smoked meat
- 150 g of hard cheese
- 100 g of walnuts
- 4 boiled eggs
- 200 g of Korean-style carrots
Dressing:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. soft mustard
- salt and ground pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Thinly slice cabbage. Cut balik, cheese and eggs into thin strips.
2. Put the chopped cabbage, meat, cheese, and eggs in a large bowl. Add nuts and Korean-style carrots and mix well.
3. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients.
4. Put a portion of the salad in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of the dressing. Mix and serve.
