Juicy lazy cabbage rolls in a frying pan: a hearty and tasty dish
In the classic version, cabbage rolls are made with cabbage, meat, rice, potato, and mushroom fillings. In a lazy version, you can make cabbage rolls with finely chopped cabbage, which can simply be added to the minced meat.

Ingredients:
- minced pork - 500 g
- cabbage - half a head (medium in size)
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- boiled rice - 1 cup
- salt, pepper - to taste
Filling:
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- homemade tomato - 700 ml (tomato paste, it needs to be mixed with sour cream 1:1 and 1 glass of water)
Method of preparation:
1. Add rice, egg, chopped cabbage, fried carrots and onions, and spices to the minced meat. Mix well.
2. Form cabbage rolls with your hands and fry on both sides.
3. Fry onions and carrots and add sauce.
4. Then transfer the cabbage rolls to the filling and simmer.
